"in no way am i trying to hate on seven brew, because i love it there and the staff is very nice! however it feels like everytime i go and try to order a small i end up paying for and leaving with a medium. i know for a fact that im asking for a small, im not sure if its for more money or what. ive been a barista before, and have worked in the service industry since i first started working. one time is a mistake, but this many times is just a pattern. they never read the size back after putting in the order, which is why i believe this happens so often. i think it would be best to start having the baristas read off the size back to the customer before having them pay or handing them the drink. its not the biggest deal, its just frustrating that its happening to me almost everytime i go."

"Granted I get the same drink every time, but from the very first visit, I knew this would be my new stop for coffee. Being a dedicated Starbucks drinker, I asked the girl what they had similar and she whipped up her recommendation. It was so creamy and delicious! Mind you, the line has a tendency to get long, but waiting for your coffee or drink is worth the wait. Any 7 Brew location that I've stopped at, the atmosphere and employees have been nothing but amazing!"

"Service is usually pretty good at this stand. Today was the exception. They took the order of the vehicle in front of us, then shipped to the next line then went to the car behind us. We didnt get to order until we'd pulled under the canopy. Was a little bit frustrating!"
